Every printed edition,
already in your folder.
WPG logs into publisher platforms across Italy, France, the UK, Ireland and Spain, downloads each subscribed printed edition as a page-faithful PDF — cover to cover, layout and advertising intact — removes duplicates, and writes it to your storage. 460 printed editions a day, 90-day average. No website monitoring, no article scraping.
Printed pages,
not web pages.
A WPG file is the PDF of the edition as it went to press: the same pages, the same layout, the same advertising, in the same order. It is not a website, a feed or an article scraper — and the numbers on this page should be read that way.
What we deliver
- Page-faithful PDFs of the printed newspaper or magazine, cover to cover.
- Citable by page number — the advertisement on page 7 is on page 7 of the file.
- Print titles only: national and local dailies, weeklies, monthlies, trade and specialist press.
- One file per issue, de-duplicated, filed under your naming scheme.
- Auditable volume: 460 printed editions a day on average, and 7.30M printed pages delivered so far this year.
What we do not do
- No monitoring of news sites, portals or blogs.
- No article-level scraping and no full-text news database.
- No social feeds, newsletters or press releases.
- No web-native content: only the PDF replica of the edition that went to print.
- No licence resale.
Your rights stay yours.
We only fetch what you are entitled to read.
WPG automates the retrieval of editions for customers who already hold the right to them. It is a delivery service, not a content licence: we do not sell, sub-licence or grant rights to any publication.
- A valid subscription or access agreement with the publisher for every title you ask us to retrieve.
- The copyright and reproduction rights your use requires — internal reading, archiving, press review, clipping or onward distribution — through the publisher or the relevant collective licensing body.
- Compliance with each publisher’s terms of use, which remain between you and the publisher.
WPG is provided on the basis that you hold these rights for the titles and the use you request. Rights and licensing requirements vary by country and by title; this page is not legal advice.
Built for media-monitoring and press-clipping companies, communication and PR agencies, corporate and institutional press offices, and archives that already subscribe to the titles they follow.

What the catalogue
can carry.
Each print title multiplied by its publication cadence: the ceiling if every subscribed title were delivered every issue. Delivered volume is measured; capacity is a model.
A working day, measured.
Printed editions delivered per day, split by market. The 90-day window carries 42,113 editions — 3,313 distinct titles, 79.9% of the catalogue.
Four steps, every morning.
One run per title per day. Each step is logged against the title, so a miss is attributable — not a black box.
You send the list
Each title is mapped to its publisher platform, edition identifier and storage path before the first run.
Engines log in
1,637 engines hold each publisher session and fetch that day's printed edition as a PDF.
Duplicates removed
An edition arriving twice, or a corrected re-issue, is detected and collapsed into a single PDF before anything ships.
Files reach storage
Page-faithful PDFs land in your bucket or SFTP folder under your naming scheme, with a per-title arrival log.
79.9% of the catalogue moved
in the last 90 days.
Breadth is what separates a library from a feed: 3,313 distinct titles were actually delivered in a single quarter, out of 4,144 active titles.
Capacity is a model: titles in the catalogue multiplied by their publication cadence — the ceiling if every title were subscribed. It is not throughput and not a commitment. Delivered counts are successful deliveries only; retries and duplicate declines are internal to the pipeline and are not reported as volume.
This is the log.
Not a claim.
Twelve titles across the five markets — national dailies and specialist press — chosen for recognisability rather than volume. Each row is that title’s most recent delivered edition, as written by the production log: date, pages in the PDF, the minute the file landed. Customer names are stripped; nothing else is edited. Send us ten print titles you
already subscribe to.
We run them for a week and hand you the per-title log: which printed editions arrived as a PDF, which did not, and why. Terms of the trial are agreed with you before it starts.
